Canopy is a small-but-mighty team led by Kelsey Barrera, a grant strategist and former development director who’s been in the weeds of nonprofit work for nearly a decade.
Kelsey founded Canopy to do things differently: to center alignment over urgency, strategy over scramble, and to build long-term funding health instead of just short-term wins.
We bring a calm, clear-eyed presence to the table, blending big-picture thinking with strong writing, deep funder insight, and a lot of heart.
